The new restaurant in the Gallery Hotel is a gastronomic space with a cocktail bar.
In this project, we have used perimeter wood panelling with which the designers wanted to remember the spikey floors of the old houses. This space has decorative finishes such as black steel, striated glass, wood or stone tiles. It also has a greenhouse with a secret garden terrace.
